These Terms of Service govern the use of the Tip For Me mobile application ("the App"), available on the App Store for iPhone and (soon) on Google Play for Android.
The App is operated by Tip For Me Adrian Chwaściński, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 6582004736, Business Registry No. (REGON): 544609441 ("the Operator"). Contact: hello@tipforme.app.
By using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
To use the App's payment features, the User must:
Registration is free. The User enters into a separate agreement with Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms, privacy policy, and verification requirements.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. The Operator is not liable for Stripe's refusal to verify an account.
The App enables the acceptance of voluntary tips from Payers using contactless payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
The App runs on iPhone XS and newer devices with iOS 18 or later, and on Android 13 or later devices, equipped with an NFC chip.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Technical interruptions may occur due to maintenance or outages of Stripe, Apple, or network infrastructure.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend a User's account in case of a breach of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.
Use of the App is free. The Operator charges a Platform Fee of 7% on each completed transaction.
The fee is collected automatically by Stripe (application_fee_amount) at the time of payment. The User does not need to take any additional action.
In addition to the Platform Fee, Stripe charges its own transaction fees (typically 1.4% + 0.40 PLN for Tap to Pay payments with European cards). Stripe's pricing is available at stripe.com/pricing.
Payouts are processed automatically by Stripe on a weekly basis (every Monday) to the User's bank account. The Operator does not hold User funds — all settlements are handled exclusively by Stripe.

The User assumes sole responsibility for the correct tax treatment of tips. The Operator does not provide tax advice.
The Operator is responsible for the App's mobile software. The Operator is not liable for:
The Operator's total liability to the User is limited to the amount of the Platform Fee collected in the preceding 30 days.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-app notification or by email. Continued use of the App after the amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
The User may stop using the App at any time. A Stripe account can be deleted directly via the Stripe dashboard or by contacting Stripe Support, or by using the in-app "Delete account" option.
The Operator may terminate the service with 14 days' notice, or with immediate effect in case of a breach of these Terms.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; failing that, by the court competent for the Operator's registered seat.
